The reason for this activity

I was that I had a training at an educational institution a few years ago, and I visited India for the first time. Until then, I had little interest in India. India for the first time, it was too shocking. It was somewhat nostalgic, and first and foremost, I felt very energetic in the country of India. The image of India that everyone knows is curry, zero, turban, gods, vast land, and rich and poor.　

I stayed at a host family in West India, I had a chance to interact with Seeing difficulties children. All the children were energetic and patient, and the people who supported them were "the truly precious people" themselves. In a remote foreign land, I have experienced the same things as many Japanese cultures and customs. I was really surprised at this.

This activity began when we felt "connected."

In the future, we are sowing small, invisible seeds through Ayurveda, hoping that the connection between the people of Japan and India will be deeper, wider and nurtured than ever before.

Ayurveda, which I learned through connections with people, cannot be conveyed in words or letters.I believe that you can feel it with your mind and body only when you experience it.There is an original form of nature that is not a reason. I want to spread Ayurveda more in Japan. Rudra Aarogyam Japan has such thoughts.

Origin of the name:

RUDRA AAROGYAM JAPAN originates from Rudra Aarogyam, which was formed by Ayurvedic doctors Association in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.

Rudra means 'God' and Allodium means 'Health'.

この活動のきっかけは、

数年前に天台宗最高学府の叡山学院で研修があり、その時はじめてインドを訪れました。それまでインドに対しての興味はほとんどありませんでした。

はじめてのインド、それはあまりにも衝撃的でした。どこか懐かしくもあり、そして、まず何よりインドの国にとても元気と活力を感じました。

誰もが知るインドのイメージは、カレー、ゼロ、ターバン、神々、広大な大地、そして貧富、ではないでしょうか。私には、それほど前知識がなく何も知らないまま飛び込んだ状態でした。

ホームステイ先の西インドでは、視覚にハンディのある子供たちとの交流がありました。子供たちはみんな元気で忍耐強く、彼らを支える人々は【真に貴ぶべき人】そのものでした。

遠く離れた異国の地で、私は多くの日本の文化や慣習のそれと同じものを体験してきました。これには本当に驚きました。

私たちは「繋がっている」と感じたその時から、この活動がはじまりました。

未来、日本とインドの人々の繋がりがこれまで以上に、深く、広まり育まれることを願って、目に見えないほどの小さな小さな種を、アーユルヴェーダを通して蒔いています。

もっと知ってほしい、
人との繋がりで知ったアーユルヴェーダ、その良さは言葉や文字では伝えきれません。体験してはじめて心と身体で感じ取れるものだと考えています。そこには理屈ではない自然本来の姿があります。もっと日本にアーユルヴェーダのことを広めていきたい。そんな思いがルードラ・アロジアム・ジャパンにはあります。素朴で純粋な太古の予防医学、アーユルヴェーダ。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

名前の由来：

RUDRA AAROGYAM JAPAN（ルードラ・アロジアム・ジャパン）は、インド・グジャラート州バブナガールのアーユルヴェーダ医師たちで結成されたルードラ・アロジアムに由来します。

ルードラは「神」アロジアムは「健康」意味しています。
