アーユルヴェーダとしても知られている古代インドの医療システムは、肉体的および精神的健康への「自然な」そして総合的なアプローチに頼る古代の文章に基づいています。アーユルヴェーダ医学は世界最古の医療システムの一つであり、インドの伝統的な医療システムの一つです。
